AD CONTRACT

Yes, I/we would like to support The Mendelssohn Choir of Connecticut by advertising in your concert program.  We understand that our ad will appear in the program booklet for the Haydn for the Holidays concert on Sunday, December 2, 2007, and the Messiah concert on Saturday, December 15, 2007; and that as a supporter of the Choir we will receive complimentary tickets as indicated below.
